You don’t need an event or party for an excuse to fire up the grill or join your friends around the fire pit! Just bring food and company; the rest is right outside your door. Take a dip in the pool, lounge on the decks, or soak in the hottub. And a favorite pastime here at Estancia is watching our famous sunsets, waiting for that elusive “Green Flash”!

Explore the beauty of nature

Bonita Bay boasts over 1,400 acres of gorgeous natural preserved land. Some of the most immaculate parks in Southwest Florida can be found in our community. Estero Bay Park, Spring Creek Park, and Riverwalk Park offer hiking paths and trails, picnic areas, and some boat access. Estero Bay Park is especially rich with nature and history, with 5,000-year-old Native American shell mounds and a tropical butterfly garden.

Bring out the boat

For a tranquil day with your boat, head to the Bonita Bay Marina for some lunch or dinner before you ride the waves of the bay. If you’re craving something a little more involved, rental kayaks and canoes are available at Riverside Park and Spring Creek Park. Nothing feels more like coastal living than being on the water

Spend the day on the green

Some of the most pristine golf courses are right here in Bonita Bay. Members of the Bonita Bay Club have access to 5 top-tier golf courses to satisfy golfers of any experience level. Be sure to frequent the practice facilities as well as partake in assessments and lessons from certified professionals to polish off your skills.

Join the party

Each year Estancia hosts a number of parties for residents to stay merry and mingle with their friendly neighbors. Look forward to poolside BBQ’s, progressive dinners, Estancia’s Holiday Party, a Fall Welcome Back Party, and a Farewell End of Season Party. Excitement is always around the corner at Estancia!
